Clara Nisiri

is the visionary behind Alkhemical Dreaming, a body of work that weaves together dreamwork, systemic constellations, creative expression, ancestral and Earth wisdom, sacred ritual and more. Parallel to enjoying a dynamic language career in the world of high-level institutions for the past two decades, and living in several parts of the world, her journey of awakening has brought her to grow deeper roots and realign her rhythm with Mother Earth’s heartbeat, and to heed the ancestral call to the sacred work.

She is a student of ancient medicine traditions, of mixed ancestral heritage, and lives in the beautiful Garden Route of South Africa, re-learning and re-membering a more empowered, sustainable way of life in communion with Pachamama.

Clara’s mission is to support Self in reconnecting with its inner and outer dimensions, to remember our mythical essence and understand and reclaim our sovereign place in both our personal sphere and in the infinite Cosmos.

Her prayer is that we translate the seeds of wisdom we receive into sacred action. And that on our journey forward we keep turning within to our own inner authority for strength and guidance, to discern the way forward. May we make of this precious existence we have been gifted a living prayer.

I was born near Johannesburg, South Africa, to a Colombian mother and Spanish father. My mixed heritage goes beyond these two labels though. From when I was just a few months old I traveled with my parents between the 3 continents to see my large Hispanic family. I’ve moved cities and countries a few times, and visited and explored dozens more. Growing up between continents and in cultural diversity, I never really knew what it was to grow deep roots in one place. What came of this was adaptability and independence, but also a sense of not truly belonging anywhere or to anything. Navigating this as a highly sensitive empath has generally been a challenge. My search for belonging became a big part of my personal and ancestral healing journey. Or rather, remembering my belonging – in this place, in this family of Earth, this body, this heart… in the Cosmos!

My work in this lifetime has supported bridging between cultures and languages, and weaving connections between the seen and the unseen worlds, the physical and the imaginal. Walking in different worlds — with both the human messiness and the exquisitely divine, both the mud and the lotus — and bridging the apparent divide between the two. And so, I support people who are hungry for growth and to feel alive and connected, as we transition between who we were and who we are becoming.

I now live back in South Africa, on a farm in the beautiful Eden District, with my Earth family, both domestic and wild, and surrounded by forest. Growing roots. In 2017 I followed a deep knowing, and guidance from my ancestors, that I had to leave the urban life. I have no regrets. I find gratitude and joy in the beauty and adventures of the everyday kind that this life choice offers, as well as the creativity, resilience and resourcefulness it inspires. It has also been where I have expanded to work with people who are responding to the call for transformation and awakening, a deeper connection with themselves, their ancestors and the Earth.   Untangling from the dysfunctional reality we’ve been led to believe was “normal” on our planet, so we may collectively align with our higher destiny.

THE EDUCATION & LIFE EXPERIENCES THAT HAVE SHAPED ME - in a nutshell

I’m a certified Systemic Constellations facilitator through Tanja Meyburgh (African Constellations, South Africa), as well as in Quantum or Spiritual Constellations with Claudia Vassão (Instituto Luz do Ser, Brazil) and Family Constellations & Art Therapy with Pia Kalhof (Norway). Also with Claudia Vassão I discovered Omega Equine-Assisted Learning, working with horses from the perspective of Family Constellations. You can learn more about Systemic Constellations in this presentation

I am forever on a deeper exploration and learning journey with modalities that are complementary to the work I do.

I am a certified Breathwork Coach through the Umoyah School of Spirituality,  based in the Netherlands. The core practice in this modality is Conscious Connected Breathing.

I’m currently studying Biomancy and Eco Somatics with Dr. Azra Bertrand.

I have a background in various bodywork and energy healing arts, as well as in animal communication and herbalism.

My learning in Dreamwork comes from a number of teachers and facilitators, such as Dr. Leslie Ellis, Robert Moss, Toko-pa Turner, Sergio Magaña, Charlie Morley – as well as from the wisdom of my own dreamer within.

I’m a word nerd! I have a degree in English Philology and Doctorate level studies in Translation and Interpreting, from the University of Alicante in Spain. I’ve worked for a variety of international clients as a translator and interpreter for over 20 years. Teaching and lecturing in the field of language and literature were also at one stage part of my path. My love for creative writing and storytelling is connected to this background.

I am a Mesa carrier, initiated in the Andean Medicine path, and I am remembering and studying other ancestral and Spirit lineages that have called me to service. Shamanic practices are a core part of the Alkhemical Dreaming process. The overlaps between shamanic experiences and constellations work are intriguing!

I was a photographer once upon a time. Although I still enjoy the creative aspect of it, I put down my camera indefinitely a number of years ago when I decided I wanted to experience the outside world without a gadget between us! I have a love for visual storytelling and graphic arts in general.

My studies and experiences have centred around my passion for knowing the outer and inner worlds, understanding the psyche, and bringing people closer to the sacred within the mundane. They have been about translating, whether between languages and cultures, between species, or between the language of the unconscious and the conscious.

The above mentions would not be complete if I didn’t include my experience of 15+ years with visionary teacher plants. It has been an important part of my journey toward embodied wholeness and awakening. I feel at home navigating altered states of consciousness for deep inner work, and refer to this as dreamwork too, in the broader sense of the term.

The rawness of emotion, grief, rage… trauma (personal, collective and ancestral!), have all schooled me well too. Through the years of seeking and exploring, in the yearning for connection and to feel alive, in coming face to face with the fragility of this existence in moments of great loss or times where I thought I might die… life, and death, have delivered many a lesson. So much has moved and healed. So many layers peeled away. Some still to go. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve encountered what I have needed along the way, and it is in walking this path of revelation that I offer what I’ve learnt.

My Commitment to You

Based on my own experience on the healing path and a solid work ethic,
I hold the agreements below as sacred in any work you engage in with me.

I respect the confidentiality of the work we do together and the agreements we make.

I will invite you to expand your sense of what is possible. I will never push you beyond what you are ready for, and will maintain a safe container for our interactions.

I am available to you as a resource for self-exploration as and when required.

I will tell you when working with me wouldn’t be a good fit, or is no longer appropriate, and offer a referral to another more suitable practitioner if required.

I will only meet with you feeling grounded and centred in myself, and tune into the field and to what you express with full focus.

You will receive input from the field, and my honest feedback when appropriate. Know that this happens in a context where you are neither judged nor disempowered.

I am continuously learning and doing my own inner work.
